Returns & Exchanges

At BandsCo Straps, we want you to love your new look. If your strap isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Straps

  Place the unworn straps in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
